(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a review before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh keeping in view of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 5689-5690 of 2021 titled as 'Union of India and others versus Ilmo Devi and another', 2021 (4) SCT 312, copy of the said judgment is annexed as Annexure P-4.
