HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of FIR No.629 dated 09.11.2020, registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Azad Nagar, Hisar, District Hisar (Annexure P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Sub Inspector Ramesh Kumar, submits that in the instant case FIR No.629 dated 09.11.2020, the cancellation report stands submitted before the trial Court on 18.01.2023.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous.
