Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned orders dated 07.10.2024 (P-7), 30.11.2021 (P-3), and 14.06.2021 (P-1), passed by respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4, respectively; whereby, adverse remarks have been entered/affirmed in the ACR of petitioner for the period from 01.04.2020 to 28.11.2020.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
