Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of FIR No.59 dated 28.08.2013, under Sections 452, 341, 323, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station, Bholath, District Kapurthala, and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the ground that complainant has not supported the prosecution version. 2.

Admittedly, petitioner was abroad and thereupon, he did not appear to join the proceedings in FIR No.59 dated 28.08.2013, under Sections 452, 341, 323, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station, Bholath, District Kapurthala.

Resultantly, the petitioner was declared proclaimed person/offender and the said order was assailed before this Court through CRM-M-44436-2024 wherein time was extended by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.10.2024 but subsequently while modifying the order dated 26.09.2024 further extended the time period for SANGEETA 2025.02.18 09:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
