Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, presses petition only to the extent of the period of study leave not being counted for the purpose of experience and increment as has been done in the case of similarly circumstanced, Dr. Manju Bangar, which was challenged in CWP13926-2017, by Dr. Shefali and others and was also dismissed on 17.08.2023, Annexure P-14.

Learned State counsel, on telephonic instructions from Mr. Bhola Singh Rawat, ADA, Ayush Department, submits that a fresh speaking order, keeping in view the aforesaid judgment, shall be passed within a period of 2 weeks, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 3.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
