 On advance notice, Mr. Karan Veer Singh, Sr. DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that the present petitioner has received a sum of Rs.4 lakh as commission out of the amount received by his co-accused namely, Kuldeep Singh @ Deepa from the complainant; the petitioner is running a travel agency with his co-accused namely, Kuldeep Singh @ Deepa and defrauds people on the pretext of sending them abroad and hence, the petitioner does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail.
