The present batch of 02 writ petitions raising a common question of law are being decided by a single judgment. 2.

Prayer in both the aforesaid writ petitions is for issuance of directions to the respondents to enter the name of the petitioner on the register of Pharmacists under Chapter-IV of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 by respondent No.3.
