The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that this Hon'ble Court may issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to modify/amend the letter of appointment dated 03.12.2024 (Annexure P.9) by providing therein ante dated date of appointment I.e the date from which their counterparts were selected/allowed to join, in consonance with spirit of order dated 22.11.2023 passed by this Court with a further direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioners w.e.f July 2022 instead of December 2024 with all consequential benefits. 2.

Mr. Sushil Bhardwaj, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and assures the Court that the legal notice dated 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-10) shall be decided by passing a speaking order in the light of judgment dated 22.11.2023 passed by this Court in a bunch of petitions with CWP No.6672-2022 being the lead case, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Copy of which shall be furnished to the petitioner within one week thereafter. 4.
