(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking setting aside order dated 10.10.2022 passed by the learned JMIC, Chandigarh in a criminal complaint case bearing NACT No.8265/2016 dated 02.12.2016 titled as 'Bhupinder Dhawan v. Manjeet Kaur' (Annexure P-1), whereby, the learned trial Court has rejected the exemption application of the petitioner and cancelled the bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner and issued non-bailable warrants against the petitioner and seeking stay of the impugned order dated 10.10.2022 (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.
