Vipin Kadian, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Rai, Sonipat on behalf of respondent-State and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. However, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing, nobody had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this petition.
