(oral) This application has been filed by the petitioner making prayer for amending the petition on the ground that in the head-note as well as in the prayer clause of the petition it was mentioned that FIR No.77 dated 31.03.2018 was registered under Sections 354 and 506 read with 34 of IPC only and the offence under Section 323 has inadvertently not been mentioned there. Mr. Abhimanyu Vinayal, Advocate appears on behalf of respondent No.2 and has filed his vakalatnama. The same is taken on record. He has no objection if the prayer made in the application is allowed. Learned State counsel also has no objection if the application is allowed.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and Section 323 of IPC is ordered to be added in the head-note as well as prayer clause of the main petition.

Amended petition is taken on record.
