Present appeal pertains to the year 2020. On 07.08.2023 none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 15.12.2023. On 15.12.2023, again, none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 24.05.2024. On 24.05.2024 yet again none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 03.10.2024. On 03.10.2024, the case was adjourned by order to today. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the case being called twice.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
