HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to entertain the application of the petitioner for the issuance of the passport and issue the same for her adoptive daughter within a period of two weeks.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
