The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CRM-M-14831-2025.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Animesh Sharma, Addl. A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.

This Court had issued the following directions, vide order dated 19.03.2025 in CRM-M-14831-2025:- "5.

After hearing counsel for the parties and perusing the record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Pathankot is directed to decide the representation dated 06.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law"

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CRM-M-14831-2025, representation dated 06.02.2025 made by the petitioner has been considered and decided by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, vide its speaking order dated 11.04.2025. A copy thereof has been taken on record as well as supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who does not dispute the same.

In view of the above, since the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CRM-M-14831-2025, has already been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 7.
