Seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to take action against respondent No.5 who is happened to be a Government teacher is receiving wheat from Government Ration depot along with her minor daughter which is meant for only Below poverty line people since 28.09.2018 i.e., date of her appointment as Government teacher, illegally, unauthorized and fraudulently without any provisions of law in violation of mandatory provisions of law.

After arguing for some time, taking strict opposition from the State, petitioner's counsel wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make a representation to concerned SSP/Commissioner of Police. 3.

Notices served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of notices to the private respondents is required. 4.

Given above, if a representation is filed within 15 days, then the concerned SSP is directed to decide the same within a period of two months by passing a speaking and reasoned order either themselves or by delegating and authorizing any officer of PPS cadre. The outcome may be conveyed to the petitioner as well as his counsel on e-mail ID. The counsel will provide the e-mail ID on the respresentation. 5.

There would be no need for a certified copy of this order, and any Advocate for the Petitioner and State can download this order and other relevant particulars from the official web page of this court and attest it to be a true copy. 6.

Petition is allowed with the observations mentioned above. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
