On instructions, learned counsel for the State submits that in the present case, there are two accused, namely; Harjit Singh and Harbans Kaur (respondents No. 5 and 6 herein). Respondent No. 6-Harbans Kaur, had already expired and after completion of investigation, challan against respondent No. 5-Harjit Singh, has been prepared by the police and the same is likely to be presented before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate, very shortly.

In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the instant case and the same stands, disposed of, accordingly.
