Mr. Nakul Sharma, Advocate for the complainant. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer made in the petition is for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FI R No.71 dated 16.8.2019 registered under Sections 341, 452, 323, 324, 148, 149, 427 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Lakho Ke Behram, District Ferozepur. On 27.11.2019, the following order was passed:- "Contends that allegations against the petitioner are similar to that of co-accused, namely, Charanjeet Singh, who has already been granted interim protection vide order dated 22.11.2019, passed in CRM-M-49641-2019.
Notice of motion for 7.2.2020."
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurdev Singh, submits that the petitioner has already joined the investigation and not required for further investigation.
Counsel for the complainant, however, submits that there are direct allegations against the petitioner that they caught hold of the victim SATISH KUMAR 2020.02.07 14:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-50235-2019 -2yet the main accused Kuldeep Singh had given kirch blow on the left side of the chest. Counsel further submits that the anticipatory bail application of Kuldeep Singh already stands dismissed.
In view of the same, the present petition is allowed and the dated 27.11.2019 is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
