The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.454 dated 16.10.2022, registered under Section 15 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Dabwali, District Sirsa, Haryana.

As per custody certificate filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 1 year and 24 days and is involved in two more cases under the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage.
