Harnaresh Singh Gill, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the officials respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondent. Notice to official respondents only at this stage. On the asking of Court, Mr. Pawan Sharda, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent - State. Copy of the petition be supplied to him during the course of the day. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, to look into the grievances of the petitioners unfolded by them in their representation/application dated 27.12.2018 (Annexure P-6) and if found necessary, take appropriate measures in accordance with law.
