(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to him in case FIR No.358 dated 12.10.2018 registered under Sections 420, 406 read with Section 120-B IPC at Police Station Udyog Vihar, District Gurugram. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case whereas he was not involved. Subsequently, a compromise has been arrived at between the petitioner and complainant-respondent No.2 and the petitioner has agreed to pay his share as well as share of his wife-Ruchika Goel.

counsel in the Court today and the same is taken on record. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has affirmed the factum of compromise arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No.2. The petitioner was released on interim bail by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2019.

Since the matter has been compromised between the parties and respondent No.2 has no objection, in case, the petitioner is released on regular bail, interim order dated 10.01.2019 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
