The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to make an appeal against the impugned order (Annexure P-8), before the Competent Appellate Authority concerned. In the event of the said appeal being filed, the same shall be decided through a well reasoned speaking order becoming made thereon, thus within a period of three months, but after hearing all the affected persons.
