VINOD S. BHARDWAJ , J (ORAL) Learned counsel representing respondent No.4 informs that the pension has already been released in compliance of order dated 19.10.2023 beyond the sum of Rs.20,000/- per month and the same is being constantly released.

Prayer of the petitioner was for directing the respondent-Bank to release the monthly pension and since the same has been released, it seems that the petitioner has no further grievance. No other substantive prayer is subject matter of challenge in the present petition.

In these circumstances, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
