Learned counsel would submit that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a legal notice dated 05.09.2024 (Annexure P-5) has been served upon the respondents by relying on the judgment passed by this Court in Mohinder Singh and others vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP22516-2012, decided on 01.04.2013 alongwith other connected petitions, which was upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment dated 31.01.2017, which has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.
