(ORAL) Petitioner, a complainant, at whose behest criminal proceedings vide FIR No.93 dated 24.08.2024, under Sections 309(2), 115(2), 351(2) 324(6) and 3(5) of BNS, was registered against private respondents No.5 to 7, at Police Station Bahawala, District Fazilka, has filed the present petition, praying for issuance of direction to the official respondents No.1 to 4 to decide the representation dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P2), moved by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel submits that despite the fact that the above said FIR was lodged about a year ago, accused are roaming free, no investigations have been conducted and neither any of the accused has been arrested. Learned counsel further submits that private respondents No.5 to 7 are habitual offenders and as many as five criminal cases are registered against respondent No.5.
