This is a petition that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the trial Court to decide the bail application in case titled as 'Mohammad Shehzad Vs. State of Punjab' in FIR No.122 dated 26.10.2018 under Sections 376 (2) (N), 376-B read with Section 506 IPC and Section 67-A of Information and Technology Act, 2000 registered at Police Station City-2 Malerkotla, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer to a quick disposal of the bail application pending before the Sessions Judge, Sangrur, which is now listed for 24.01.2020.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection in case the said application is decided expeditiously.
