The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.83 dated 27.05.2023, under Sections 323, 498-A, 406, 307, 506, 34 IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise deed dated 19.10.2023 (Annexure P-2).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
