This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take action against respondents No.4 and 5, who have caused a big loss to the Panchayat funds and embezzled the same during their tenure as Sarpanch and Panch. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
