The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.282 dated 13.09.2023 under Sections 21 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station STF, Mohali (Jurisdiction City-1 Sangrur) (Annexure P-2). 2.

Vide order dated 06.11.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to verify the factual matrix with regard to other FIRs against the petitioner and has very fairly submitted that there are other FIRs, however, there is a dispute as to whether the petitioner has been convicted in any FIR or not, as according to the petitioner she has not been convicted.

Per contra, learned State counsel on instructions from HC Vikramjeet Singh submits that the petitioner was convicted in the FIR No. 110 dated 04.07.2021 and other FIRs are also pending against her under NDPS Act.

In light of the above, I do not find any merit in the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed. 6.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that directions be issued, in case the petitioner surrenders before the Court within two weeks from today and applies for concession of regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously.

In case, the petitioner surrenders before 30.11.2023 and applies for a regular bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law without being influenced by the filing of the present petition or the present order and strictly in accordance with law.
