This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-52927-2024. II.

While arguing in the application for withdrawal of the main petition, counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that relief sought by the petitioner is partial in nature, whereas, there are other co-accused also. Thus, he prays for withdrawal of the main petition i.e. CRM-M-52927-2024. III.

Notice of this application.

Mr. Kanwar Sanjiv Kumar, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent - State and pleads no objection to the prayer made in the application. V.

In view of the averments made in the application, which is supported by an affidavit of the applicant-petitioner, prayer made therein is allowed, and the applicant-petitioner is permitted to withdraw present case. IV.
