After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, which was opposed by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner shall surrender on or before 15.11.2023 before the trial Court and shall file his fresh bail application and his only prayer is that his bail application be decided expeditiously. 2.

In light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction that, in case, petitioner surrenders on or before 15.11.2023 and files any fresh bail application, the same shall be decided expeditiously preferrably within one week.
