(Oral) Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner very fairly concedes that keeping in view the provisions of Administration Tribunal Act 1985, the jurisdiction to raise the service dispute qua the petitions is with the Administration Tribunal, hence, the present petition may be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedy before the appropriate forum.
