The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that this Hon'ble Court may issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 i.e Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad to make compliance of order dated 29.01.2025/20.02.2025 passed by respondent No.3.

Mr. Sushil Bhardwaj, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State 4.

Having heard learned counsel for the partiesd and on perusal of the paper book, no ground is made out to entertain the prayer. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his case for expeditious disposal of his representation dated 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-7), which shall be considered sympathetically in terms of order dated 29.01.2025 passed by the Commissioner, Hisar Division and Appellate Authority and the same be decided by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Copy of which shall be furnished to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
