(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.14 dated 31.01.2021 under Sections 17-C and 22-C of NDPS Act registered at Police Station, Kotwali, Ludhiana. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Lakhbir Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 20.12.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.12.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
