Prayer in this petition is for directing the official respondents to look into the grievance submitted by the petitioner through various complainants/representations.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be contended and satisfied if representation dated 18.09.2024 (Annexure P-5) addressed to SSP, Kapurthala is decided in a time bound manner. He does not press other representations which have been filed and addressed to other officials . 3.

Notice served upon the official respondent through State counsel. The nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling any response from the State and other respondents. 4.

State counsel submits that they would take decision on the fresh representation, if any filed within a period of three months. 5.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances, the concerned SSP is directed to decide the aforesaid representation dated 18.09.2024 (Annexure P-5) within a period of two months by passing a speaking and reasoned order either themselves or by delegating and authorizing any officer of PPS cadre. The outcome may be conveyed to the petitioner as well as learned counsel on e-mail ID. The counsel will provide the e-mail ID to the State counsel 6.

There would be no need for a certified copy of this order, and any Advocate for the Petitioner and State can download this order and other relevant particulars from the official web page of this court and attest it to be a true copy.
