(ORAL) The writ petition is totally pre-mature as the petitioners are only asking for quashing of the notice dated 29.08.2019 issued by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pathankot. If the petitioners are aggrieved against the action of the respondents in taking up the matter before the Arbitrator, they have a remedy of apprising the Arbitrator about the fact that the entire payment has already been made and the arbitration proceedings has to be dropped. Therefore, in view of the aforesaid, we do not find any reason to interfere especially when it is only a notice issued by the Arbitrator.

Dismissed.
