Notice to official respondents only at this stage. On the asking of Court, Mr. Pawan Sharda, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent - State. Copy of the petition be supplied to him during the course of the day. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad, to look into the grievances of the petitioners unfolded by them in their representation/application dated 30.12.2018 (Annexure P-7) and if found necessary, take appropriate measures in accordance with law.
