Present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to consider the select list of the candidates for making appointment for the post of JE (Building) by Chandigarh Housing Board. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 (Chandigarh Housing Board) produces a copy of the appointment letter and joining letter of the petitioner and submits that in the selection list, petitioner stood at serial No.1 in the waiting list. Registry is directed to make the said appointment letter dated 03.01.2024 and joining letter dated 08.01.2024, as part of the present writ petition. 3.

Thereupon, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition.
