**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has retired from government service on 30.06.2022, but till date retiral dues and other service benefits have not been released to the petitioner.

Precisely, for the grievance in question, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 04.10.2022 upon the respondents.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that respondent No.3 is the contesting respondent and the legal notice got served by the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the respondent No.3 in accordance with law.
