Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Enquiry Officer has now been changed. He further submits that new Enquiry Officer shall be appointed within one week.

We direct the Enquiry Officer not to grant un-necessary adjournments in the matter. Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
