(ORAL) At this stage, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that amicable settlement has been reached between the parties and the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has also been filed. Even, statements of first motion have already been recorded. However, counsel for the applicant submits that though, he is not having any knowledge about the compromise having reached and the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, having filed, but however, in view of the submission made by the counsel for the respondent, at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the present transfer application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
