(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 83 dated 01.12.2019, registered under Sections 304-A, 279, 337, 338, and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Thuliwal, District Barnala, and for setting aside the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 16.07.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Barnala, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, including Appeal No. CRA-2187-2024 pending before the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Barnala, on the basis of compromise dated 21.04.2025.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage so as to take all pleas before the Appellate Court and/or to file an appropriate petition on the same cause of action, as and when, the position of law supports his plea.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
