(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance which has been raised by the petitioner/Union is that as the employees of the Government Aided Colleges have been treated at par with the employees of the Government Colleges for all intents and purposes, the employees of the Government Aided Colleges are also entitled for the compassionate assistance by way of ex-gratia financial assistance on compassionate grounds to the family of the deceased employees working in the Government Aided Colleges.

Counsel for the petitioner further states that for the relief which has been sought in the present writ petition, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 30.05.2018 (Annexure P-6 {colly.}) with the respondents, which is still pending consideration NARESH KUMAR 2019.01.21 12:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
