This is second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in cross version recorded vide DDR No.17 dated 09.01.2023 under Sections 307, 323, 325, 379-B, 506 and 34 IPC in case FIR No.7 dated 08.01.2023 under Sections 323, 354-A and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Gate Hakima, District Amritsar. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Permitted to do so.
