The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of criminal case complaint No. 2384; 13.07.2019 titled as "Rajwinder Singh vs. Gurparkash Singh" (Annexure P-1) and order of summoning dated 07.09.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bathinda, whereby the petitioner has been summoned on account of complaint filed by the respondent No. 1-Rajwinder Singh under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take all pleas before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.  :7
