(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, as the objections, relating to the jurisdiction, have been raised by the respondent, before learned Trial Court, copy whereof is Annexure P-3 and the applicant shall make an appropriate prayer before the concerned court, where the matter is already pending, to adjudicate on the question of jurisdiction, at first instance.

In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the applicant and also taking into consideration the contents of the objections, raised by the respondent, the present application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
