SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that this Hon'ble Court may issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of impugned order dated 22.02.2023 with further prayer for grant of appropriate pension to the petitioner along with benefits of daily/ad hoc service.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to make appropriate representation to the concerned Competent Authority to claim the benefits including entitlement of ACP, if any.

Prayer is accepted.
