The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 13.09.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur in the proceedings under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.
