  This petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 07.09.2022 passed in case bearing No.NACT-270/2022 titled as 'Swaran Singh Vs Amrik Singh' by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Moga, granting interim compensation of Rs. 4,20,000/- i.e. 20% of the total amount of cheque to the complainant as well as order dated 12.10.2022 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Moga, in case bearing No.CRR/72/2022 titled as 'Amrik Singh Vs. Swaran Singh', while dismissing the revision filed by the petitioner.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s). Learned counsel for the respondent contends that since the dispute has been settled and the main complaint itself has also been withdrawn, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
