Notice served upon the official respondent through the State's counsel. 3.

After arguing for some time, petitioners' counsel submits that they would be contended and satisfied if time bound direction be given to the official respondent(s) to complete the investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the record. 5.

Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, no response is required from the respondents.

Counsel for the State submits that she does not have any objections to the prayer made by counsel for the petitioners. 7.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the State to complete the investigation by 31.03.2025. After conclusion of investigation, if the Officer In-charge of the Police Station launches prosecution against the petitioners, in that case, the petitioners shall be at liberty to challenge the same if need so arises.
