Prayer made in the present petition for quashing the order dated 06.10.2023 and 14.07.2023, vide which the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender in a complaint filed under NI Act bearing NACT-8933-2021. 2.

This Court vide order dated 07.11.2023 had stayed the orders dated 14.07.2023 and 06.10.2023, Annexures P-5 and P-6. 3.

As is apparent from the orders passed by the trial Court, the petitioner was shown to be on bail as also vide order dated 23.07.2025, the main complaint itself was ordered to be dismissed for want of prosecution. in view of which, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
